Before returning any item, you must contact us at sale@natureim.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. This policy protects both parties and ensures your return is tracked from arrival. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization or a valid RMA may experience significant processing delays or complications in tracking. Once you receive your RMA number, ship the item within 5 business days.
