Natureim ships lifelike artificial plants and trees — from compact Sansevieria to large Areca Palms and Birds of Paradise — to addresses across the contiguous United States. Because these items ship in large, carefully packed boxes, understanding our shipping process helps set accurate delivery expectations.
Shipping Destinations & Restrictions
We ship exclusively to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.
P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses: Due to the large dimensions of our product packaging, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. A valid residential or commercial street address is required for all orders.
Shipping Rates & Costs
We maintain a transparent shipping fee structure with no hidden handling or packaging surcharges:
Free Standard Shipping: On all orders of $110.00 or more (before taxes and after discounts).
Flat-Rate Shipping: A $9.00 flat shipping fee applies to all orders under $110.00.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
Our complete delivery timeframe is calculated using the following formula: Order Processing Time (1-3 business days) + Transit Time (3-8 business days) = 4-11 business days total estimated delivery.
Order Cutoff Time: 3:00 PM (CST/CDT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed before this time will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST/CDT), or on weekends and Federal holidays, will be queued for processing on the next available business day.
Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
Transit Time: 3-8 business days after the order is handed over to the carrier.
(Note: These timelines are careful estimates. During peak seasonal demand (November–January) or severe weather events, processing and transit times may occasionally run toward the longer end of this range.)
Order Tracking & Split Shipments
Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you. Tracking information typically requires 24-48 hours to activate in the carrier’s system after the package is scanned.
Orders containing multiple large items may occasionally ship in separate packages to ensure safe transit. Each package will have its own tracking number. Receiving a partial delivery before the rest of your order arrives is completely normal.

Address Accuracy & Missing Packages
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Natureim is not liable for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at sale@natureim.com — address changes are only possible before the order enters the fulfillment stage.
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package:
Check surrounding areas (porches, side doors, garages, neighbor’s property, or building mailrooms).
Allow an additional 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly before physical drop-off.
Contact the carrier directly to initiate a missing package investigation.
Notify us at sale@natureim.com. While we cannot be held directly liable for stolen packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier, our team will actively assist you in the investigation process to help reach a satisfactory resolution.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage, please document it immediately. Within 48 hours of delivery, send an email to sale@natureim.com containing:
Clear photos of the outer packaging (all sides, including the shipping label)
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Your official order number
Prompt reporting ensures we can file a valid carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement.
