Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention

Your card is authorized and charged at the time of order placement to secure your items. If your payment is declined, please verify that the billing address entered matches the exact address on file with your card issuer, then retry or use an alternate card.

Natureim utilizes automated fraud detection systems to screen all transactions securely. Orders that trigger risk indicators—such as severe mismatches between billing and shipping details, unusual order volumes, or known fraudulent card patterns—will be placed on hold for manual review or cancelled outright.
