Product Representation & Color Accuracy

Product images on the Natureim website are photographed under controlled lighting conditions and calibrated to standard monitor settings. Actual product colors may vary depending on your screen brightness, color profile, ambient room lighting, and the specific display device you use. Minor color differences between the product shown in images and the item received are a normal characteristic of artificial plants and do not constitute a defect.

Regarding dimensions: all listed heights are nominal measurements taken from the base to the tallest branch or leaf tip under standard assembly. Due to the nature of artificial foliage — including folded leaves during shipping, branch flexibility, and individually positioned leaves — actual height may vary by ±5–10 cm (approximately 2–4 inches). Canopy spread, leaf density, and branch angles may also differ slightly between individual units of the same model. These variations are inherent to this product type and are not grounds for return unless the item is structurally damaged.

Leaf arrangement on each artificial plant may vary between units because foliage is positioned by hand during assembly. Two identical models may have slightly different branch angles or leaf distribution. This is expected and is not a product defect.

Usage & Safety Responsibility

Artificial plants from Natureim are designed for decorative indoor display. Customers are responsible for:

• Preventing damage resulting from improper handling, excessive force during unboxing/shaping, or unauthorized physical modifications to the artificial plants.
• Ensuring the product is placed on a stable, level surface capable of supporting the item’s weight.
• Keeping artificial plants away from open flames, heat sources, and cooking areas.
• Keeping all artificial plant components away from children and pets who may chew or ingest materials.
• Following any specific care or placement guidance included in the product packaging.

Natureim shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from improper placement, use outside the product’s intended purpose, or failure to follow reasonable safety practices.

Errors, Shipping & External Delays

Natureim reserves the right to correct pricing, description, or inventory errors on the website at any time. If an order is placed based on an incorrect price or product description caused by a website error, Natureim reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. Affected customers will be notified promptly.

Natureim shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by carrier conditions, severe weather events, natural disasters, regional disruptions, or circumstances outside our direct control. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
