Natureim accepts returns on eligible artificial plants and trees purchased through our website. This page outlines what qualifies for a return, how to initiate one, who covers shipping costs, and how refunds are processed.
Return Window & Eligibility
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in resaleable condition and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Class-Specific Notice for Artificial Plants & Trees: We understand that large decorative items must be unboxed, assembled, and gently fluffed to appreciate their full appearance and verify if they fit your space. This standard unboxing and setup will NOT affect your return eligibility. However, items that show permanent structural damage, signs of outdoor exposure, cut foliage, or visible signs of extended practical use will not be accepted.
(Please note: Minor color variance due to individual monitor settings and slight dimensional variations of ±5–10 cm after manual setup are normal product characteristics, not defects. Please refer to our Disclaimer for more details.)
How to Initiate a Return
To ensure your return is processed accurately, please contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Email sale@natureim.com with the subject line: Return Request — Order #[your order number]
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.
We will review your request within 1-3 business days and reply with your official RMA number and the designated return shipping address.
Ship the item within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number, ensuring the RMA is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Please note: Returning items without first obtaining an RMA number may result in significant processing delays.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product arrives damaged or is incorrect due to our error, Natureim will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind / Buyer’s Remorse: If you wish to return an item due to personal preference, color preference, or incorrect sizing, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Natureim is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Restocking Fees
$0.00 Restocking Fee. We do not charge any restocking, handling, or processing fees on eligible returns. You will receive a full refund of the product’s purchase price.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received at our facility, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to inspect and process the item. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 2-12 business days for the credit to officially reflect on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. If your refund is not visible after 12 business days, please contact your bank directly. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at sale@natureim.com.
Order Cancellations & Fraud Prevention
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet entered the fulfillment process. To request a cancellation, email sale@natureim.com immediately with your order number. Once the order has been assigned a tracking number or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow the standard return process upon delivery.
Natureim reserves the right to cancel orders if fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale at scale, or severe billing/shipping mismatches are detected by our automated verification systems. In such instances, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method immediately.
