Accuracy of Billing & Account Information

Order Cancellation: Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placement, provided processing has not commenced, as detailed in our Return and Refund Policy.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your name, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate cancellation of your order and restriction from future purchases.

If your billing or shipping address changes after placing an order, contact us immediately at sale@natureim.com. Address changes can only be accommodated before the order has been shipped.

Product Representation & Modifications

Natureim reserves the right to modify product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing at any time without notice. Product colors and dimensions shown on the website are as accurate as commercially reasonable. Minor color variance due to monitor settings and dimensional variation of ±5–10 cm are inherent product characteristics, not misrepresentations. See our Disclaimer for full details.

In the event of a pricing error on the website, Natureim reserves the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed. Customers will be notified promptly.
